If you are ordering house portraits, please click here for the order form.  Please print out the form, fill in the details, and send it to the mailing address (at bottom of the form) with your payment. We will confirm receipt of your order by e-mail.

For commissioned work, please note that delivery may take from 3 - 6 weeks, depending on the workload. All orders are shipped by the US Postal Service or UPS (whichever is cheaper for your location). We will contact you by email on when you expect to receive your order.

Return Policy

Product Returns:

• Originals and notecards must be returned within 10 days. A product may be returned for 100% refund as long as it is still in good condition.

Damaged Packages:

• Damaged packages should not be accepted by the customer. Any artwork damaged in shipping should be reported immediately and returned to the Post Office or UPS.
